By using this website or working with Meagan Maris Designs, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Meagan Maris Designs provides web design, graphic design, creative consulting, and related digital services.

All services are collaborative and require timely communication and input from the client.

Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined prior to the start of any project
• Projects may require full or partial payment upfront
• Payment plans must be completed as agreed
• Work will not begin until payment is received

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide necessary materials (content, images, access, etc.)
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner
• Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to what is outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:
• Final designs are transferred to the client
• Meagan Maris Designs retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials

Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for issues related to third-party platforms including but not limited to:
• Wix
• Squarespace
• Kajabi
• Calendly
• Stripe / PayPal

Limitation of Liability

Meagan Maris Designs is not liable for:
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Website downtime or platform-related issues

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if communication, payment, or collaboration terms are not met.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
